In a city that has ice, sometimes it melts by the sun. The kids couldn't go to school and parent couldn't go work. In that city sins it cold they sell some hot choclate to keep them warm. It has been frozen for 15 years,and it is turning that city much more fun to enjoy. One interesting thing is about the canals of Amsterdam have completely frozen solid for the first time in 15 years. So this movie is about a city that has been frozen for along time.

The world is such a big place and maybe when you are older you can get to see some of the places that you have read and learnt about.
